Women aged 18+. No dance experience required! All fitness levels welcome. Perfect for those looking to build confidence, discover new movement and feel empowered.
What to expect
A confidence-boosting hour of sensual dance, expressive movement and empowering exercise. You will strengthen your body, explore movement and leave feeling proud, energised and more confident.
What to bring
Just a bottle of water. Wear something you feel great in, whether that's sexy, or practical, as long as you can move comfortably. You can dance in trainers, dance shoes or heels. If choosing heels, we recommend low, dance-specific ones that are secure around the ankle (no stilettos please).
